How Much Is CPD Listening To The Community?

The Chicago Police Department is implementing five recommendations to overhaul its use of force policies. Sounds like a good thing, but the working group that made those recommendations is up in arms. The group made 155 suggestions for how to change department policy and CPD only accepted a handful.
