Belkis Wille, a Human Rights Watch researcher based in Yemen says an aide to Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi says the exiled Yemeni President is willing to sit for peace talks in Geneva with Shia rebels. Meanwhile, Yemeni citizens are dealing with a desperate humanitarian situation, including a lack of food, medicine and electricity.
