There is more upheaval in Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner’s administration. Rauner named yet another chief of staff on Friday — his third since July.

Kristina Rasmussen has been Rauner’s chief of staff for 88 days. During her time as chief of staff, Rauner has gone from one setback to another. Most recently, Rauner alienated himself from many Republican lawmakers who say he betrayed them by signing a bill allowing for Medicaid to cover abortions.

The chief of staff job now goes to Rodger Heaton, the governor’s Homeland Security advisor.
