The Indonesian government has called illegal drug use in the country a “national emergency.” To combat the problem the government has begun executing drug offenders. Most of those who have been executed so far are foreigners. Jeffrey Winters, a professor of politics at Northwestern University joins us to discuss the Indonesian government’s campaign against drug abuse.
