Writer, producer, actress and author Lena Dunham has worn many hats in her lifetime. In her new book, Not That Kind of Girl: A Young Woman Tells You What She’s Learned, Dunham writes about the trials and tribulations she’s faced through her journey to self-discovery. The 28-year-old may seem to have it all figured out, but her HBO Girls character Hannah still struggles with the most common issue many people in their 20s face-determining their purpose in life and feeling fulfilled. Dunham discusses her book Monday night at the Chicago Humanities Festival and WBEZ’s Lauren Chooljian will be there to get the reaction to other young people in the audience.
