Dozens of people protested the plans by the country’s Muslim community to build a second mosque in Warsaw. The protesters gathered Saturday at the mosque’s construction site in the city’s outskirts. They chanted “Radical Islam, no thanks” and held up banners saying “Stop the Radicals” and “Political Islam is threat to Europe.” A tiny group of counter-protesters turned out carrying banners reading: “Warsaw is for everybody” and “Stop Islamophobia.“
