Each show features seven performers telling a short story about a song, which they then perform karaoke-style. Performers include four booked members of the Chicago community, one headliner, one audience volunteer and the show’s creator Franny Giroux. The show is hosted by master storyteller Jacoby Cochran, host of the City Cast Chicago podcast. The next Karaoke Storytellers will be December 18 at 7pm at Schubas.
