Lake County State’s Attorney Sues Juul Labs For Allegedly Targeting Teens

Millions of Americans are vaping, and according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in the U.S., youth are driving that trend.

The CDC says 3.6 million middle and high school students smoked e-cigarettes each month last year, and that’s led to concern and action.

On Monday, the Lake County State’s Attorney Office filed a lawsuit against e-cigarette maker Juul Labs for allegedly targeting teens through deceptive marketing.
