The CDC says 3.6 million middle and high school students smoked e-cigarettes each month last year, and that’s led to concern and action.
On Monday, the Lake County State’s Attorney Office filed a lawsuit against e-cigarette maker Juul Labs for allegedly targeting teens through deceptive marketing.
