Lawmakers are calling for more information on the testing, diagnoses and costs of treating coronavirus, or COVID-19. Meanwhile, bipartisan congressional negotiators on Wednesday agreed on a roughly $8 billion emergency spending package to combat the spread of the virus. The deal must now be approved by the House and Senate.
