Macron Fights Eurosceptics in France, as UK Postpones ‘Brexit’ Vote

They are protesting French President Emmanuel Macron’s decision to hike carbon taxes. Major touristy areas in Paris shut down due to the demonstrations and some rioting, leading to dozens of arrests and injuries. In response, the French government scrapped the tax proposal, but this has not stopped the momentum as French citizens decry broader problems with the administration.
