Mayor Lightfoot Announces Plan To Sue Gangs For Their Assets

So far this year, Chicago has had more shootings than in all of 2019. This week, Mayor Lori Lightfoot unveiled a new proposal to deal with crime, allowing the city to take gang members to civil court to sue them for their assets.
