On Sunday voters in Tunisia cast their ballots to elect a new president, nearly four years since the Arab Spring ousted Ben Ali from power. Results are expected later this week. Last month, the Nidaa Tunis party won a majority in parliamentary elections, winning 85 out of 217 seats. Ikbel Achour was in Tunisia working on election monitoring. She’s just returned from Tunis.
