The U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions is working on a bi-partisan bill to reauthorize the Elementary and Secondary Education Act - most recently known as No Child Left Behind. The law expired at the end of last year. Our panel of Lily Eskelsen-Garcia, Robin Steans and Peter Cunningham takes on some of the changes that may be ahead, and how the new policies could affect both students ad teachers.
