A series of reductions in state services is the latest move in a back-and-forth over the Illinois budget. On Tuesday, Governor Bruce Rauner announced that he’ll begin to cut state services and spending. Those include suspending business tax incentive offers, calling off the Illiana Tollway project, and increasing the co-pays for low-income families.
