Most Chicago homes have dangerous levels of lead paint, new investigation finds

The investigation also reveals that many children are not being regularly tested for lead, although this is a city requirement.

Lead paint was banned in Chicago in 1978. But many city homes still contain hazardous levels of lead, according to a WTTW News Investigation.
