Regal Cinemas shut down more than 500 movie theaters this week, so we called up Eliana Dockterman to discuss that big news — and the films we can still look forward to this year. Dockterman writes about movies, pop culture and feminism for Time.

Then, to break down the gloriousness that is Fat Bear Week — you know, the body-positive competition that celebrates the fattest bears in Alaska’s Katmai National Park — we talked with Mike Fitz, the resident naturalist at explore.org.
