There are less than 40 days for uninsured people to buy a plan on Illinois’ health care exchange without incurring a penalty, and while the troubled Website has gotten easier for many to use, it’s still especially glitchy for immigrants. We talk to an enrollment specialist who’s enrolling many immigrants in a Wicker Park community health center about what they’re seeing and how they’re helping people get past the challenges.
