When you think of English cooking, a few big names come to mind, and near the top of the list, you’ll find Nigella Lawson. She started as a food writer, but soon transitioned into the kitchen, where she considers herself a cook, not a chef, since she has no formal training. You may know her from her TV shows like the Taste, or from her cookbooks. The latest is called Simply Nigella. She sat down with Morning Shift host Tony Sarabia.
