In the “Our Representatives” series, Morning Shift is reaching out to all 26 congressmen, congresswomen and U.S. senators who represent the WBEZ listening area in Washington.

For this installment, we turn to Democratic Congressman Mike Quigley of Illinois’ 5th Congressional district. That district includes parts of the North Side of Chicago as well as parts of the north and western suburbs.
