The Better Government Association is hosting a panel Wednesday about the proposed plans for The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art on Chicago’s Lakefront. The panel includes strong opponents to the plan like Friends of the Parks president Cassandra Francis. Chicago Tribune reported Wednesday her group will sue to halt the museum.
