President Obama Meets With India’s Prime Minister For Seventh Time

India and the U.S. this week came to an agreement to build six nuclear reactors in India during talks between President Barack Obama and India Prime Minister, Narendra Modi. 

It was their seventh meeting since Modi took power in 2014. 

Sumit Ganguly, professor of Indian Cultures and Civilizations and director of the Center on American and Global Security at Indiana University-Bloomington, joins us to share his thoughts on the main points of their meeting, including curbing China’s hegemonic ambitions for the region.
