Sexual Assault Awareness Month is coming to a close, but for survivors and their loved ones the difficult work of healing, creating awareness and working for prevention never ends. Anne Ream created The Voices and Faces Project to put the names, faces and stories of women who have faced sexual violence and exploitation into the public’s consciousness. On April 26, a program teaming up Voices and Faces with Stories on Stage will make the words of young survivors come alive at a theater in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood.

Anne Ream joins Morning Shift to talk about the program and her ongoing work with The Voices and Faces Project.
