A City Council vote on Wrigley Field expansion could come this week, amid continued concerns from the alderman of the ward that’s home to the ballpark. Aldermen could join him in opposing the current plan during Tuesday’s Zoning Committee meeting, but the mayor could also override the long standing tradition known as aldermanic privilege and push through the Wrigley plan.
