The Push For Chicago’s First Ever Majority Asian American Ward

Around 35,000 Asian Americans live in a Chicago area, which includes Chinatown and surrounding neighborhoods. Yet Chicago, nor any other U.S. city, have a majority Asian American legislative ward.
