It’s been a week since Typhoon Haiyan struck the Philippines, but some victims are still without food and water. Poor roads and clogged airports have made it difficult to deliver supplies, although relief efforts are reported to have improved during the last 24 hours. Michael Delaney has run emergency relief efforts for Oxfam America for 13 years.
