Peaceful protests Sunday marking the one year anniversary of Michael Brown's death got a little tense last night after a reported shooting incident between a suspect and police. Brown was the unarmed African American who was killed last August 9 by a police officer in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson, Mo. His death touched off waves of violence in that town, and protests against police tactics and attitudes toward people of color nationwide. So how has the community changed over the last year?
