Teens are back in school, and if the numbers are any indication, they’re not heading back with much money in the bank. Teens get hit hardest in the jobs market, and those unemployment rates go even higher for African-American males. Andrew Sum studies teen employment and he breaks down the numbers. What was your first job and did it prepare you for your career?
