Russian troops have stormed the naval headquarters in the port of Sevastopol and raised their flag. Russian and Crimean lawmakers have also signed a treaty which makes Crimea a part of Russian. There is concern that the conflict between the Ukraine and Russia will escalate. Stephen Walt, a professor of international relations at Harvard University, blogs for Foreign Policy.
