In her first feature film, Saudi director Haifaa Al-Mansour offers a view of what life is like for women inside Saudi Arabia. Wadjda is the first Saudi film to be shot entirely inside Saudi Arabia, by a female director and featuring a female lead. Wadjda tells the story of a young girl, Wadjda, who tries to earn enough money to buy a bicycle to race one of the local boys. Filmmaker Haifaa Al-Mansour and Worldview film contributor Milos Stehlik join us to discuss the film.
