Rape can’t be explained away or excused based on what the victim was wearing. That’s the key message of, and reason for, the annual event known as SlutWalk. Participants shine a light on everything from rape culture to sexual harassment to body shaming and more, and work to create a community to fight it. Saturday marked the 5th “Slutwalk” here in Chicago. HIT 8-24 Slutwalk Chant INTRO One of this year’s featured speakers was Kara Crutcher.
