Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s now considering a proposal to take the slow-moving bus route on Ashland Avenue and give it a major upgrade. The Ashland Avenue proposal would be the most ambitious experiment in our area, and it has the potential to draw the mayor into a political fight.
