Leaving the Dirksen Federal Building, Rod Blagojevich stopped to sign autographs and gladhand spectators. Today, he actually stopped and signed a piece of fruit. Even though the pen wouldn’t work (as they usually won’t on citrus), Blagojevich pressed on and was intent on giving the signature. The Blago fan with the orange? None other than longtime Chicago improviser and comedian Jay Sukow. Sukow offered the orange to Blagojevich and then threw out to the media that he was a ‘fragrance fanatic.”
