Gov. Bruce Rauner is facing heat for cuts he’s made to social service agencies while not suspending corporate tax breaks. This all comes before his 100th day in office on April 21. In these first few months, the Governor is certainly trying to find his footing with lawmakers in order to the get the budget passed.
