Advocates and interest groups are still responding to Gov. Bruce Rauner’s budget that now awaits the general assembly’s vote. The 2016 fiscal forecast that Rauner revealed last week included a series of cuts. One group that’s concerned is the HIV/AIDS community. AIDS Foundation Chicago is calling on the Governor to find solutions to providing funds for prevention and care programs in the state.
