On the heels of the GOP retaking the U.S. Senate, the Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear a lawsuit by opponents of the Affordable Care Act. Plus, the Court may be forced to hear arguments on same-sex marriage now that the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court’s ruling that declared bans on same-sex marriage in four states unconstitutional. Steve Schwinn of the John Marshall Law School takes us inside both cases.
