Shaykh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi was once the Imam at the Grand Umayyad Mosque of Damascus. That was before he was forced to flee the country after speaking out against the Assad regime. Shaykh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi has been an outspoken critic of ISIS. He recently signed a fatwa saying that it is a sin for any Muslim to join ISIS and last week he traveled to Indiana to lead prayers at the funeral service of Peter Kassig, an aid worker who was murdered by ISIS. Shaykh Muhammad Al-Yaqoubi joins us to discuss the ongoing conflict in Syria and the fight against ISIS.
