Syrians and Americans have gathered in front of the White House this week to remember the victims of the conflict in Syria as it heads into its fifth year. They are reading the names of the estimated more than 200,000 people who have been killed since the outbreak of the Syrian revolution on March 15, 2011. On Friday they’ll be remember the children who have been killed. Lina Sergie Attar is in DC for the event. She joins us to talk about the conflict and the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Syria.
