The “Gang of Eight” have unveiled an immigration reform bill, but some prospective immigrants feel they have been left out of the discussion. For instance, those who come on temporary “investor” visas and pour substantial personal savings into starting businesses here in the hope that they’ll eventually be given a pathway to citizenship have some concerns.
