Over the course of nine days (Sept. 7-15), the International Beethoven Project will present Beethoven Festival: LOVE 2013. It’s a celebration of composer Ludwig van Beethoven incredible repertoire- looking at and listening to his music as interpreted through the filter of modern musicians. Another part of the festival takes the work of modern artists, and crafts them into classical pieces. One of the performances that falls into this latter category is a collaboration between pianist Christopher O’Riley and cellist Matt Haimovitz. The two have reimagined the music of Radiohead.
