Former U.N. Secretary General Boutros Boutros-Ghali died at age 93 in a Cairo, Egypt hospital earlier this week. His U.N. leadership was praised by many for his opposition to NATO bombing campaigns in Bosnia, but he also received heavy criticism for his decision-making during the 1994 Rwandan genocide.
