Lawmakers are proposing a pension plan later this morning. Some of the ideas outlined include requiring local school districts to pick up pension costs and raising the retirement age of some workers. A bi-partisan group of lawmakers is presenting the plan. WBEZ statehouse reporter Tony Arnold joins us from Springfield with some of the details.
