Fighting keeps ramping up in eastern Ukraine. The United Nations’ refugee agency says the conflict has killed more than 5-thousand people and displaced nearly 1 million inside the country. Local authorities are evacuating people, but many are still trapped in basements and buildings by the fighting. The White House is considering whether to send arms.
