What a man. What a sister. What an incredible beautiful and brilliant eulogy.

Have you read it? You must. It’s for Steve Jobs - and was written by his sister, the writer Mona Simpson.  Here’s an excerpt:

Even as a feminist, my whole life I’d been waiting for a man to love, who could love me. For decades, I’d thought that man would be my father. When I was 25, I met that man and he was my brother…

Simpson published her full eulogy in the New York Times, which you can read in its entirety by clicking this link.  If you’re not an NY Times digital subscriber and have trouble getting to it through the link, just Google: Mona Simpson+eulogy+NY Times.

It’s worth it.

See you all Monday,
