Tribune launches new plan for Chicago

More than 100 years after Daniel Burnham’s Plan for Chicago-when he stated “Make no small plans”- the Chicago Tribune editorial board is asking readers to submit their own proposals for how Chicago can conquer today’s challenges and shortcomings.
