Two O’Hare Workers Say They Got Fired For Participating In One-Day Strike

Two fired O’Hare security workers say they want the Chicago Department of Aviation to help them get their jobs back. They say they were fired because they talked to the media about what they say are unfair working conditions, including low wages, the need for proper training and for sick days.

The agency says it doesn’t intervene in personnel matters of private companies but which vendors are expected to follow labor laws.
