The family of 13-year-old Adam Toledo watched the video of his fatal shooting by a Chicago Police officer late Tuesday, according to the Civilian Office of Police Accountability. But COPA says it will not be releasing the video to the public just yet, at the request of the Toledo family. WBEZ criminal justice reporter Patrick Smith joins Reset for the latest on the story.
