A voting location in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood was plagued with problems this morning.

Electronic voting machines at the Darwin Elementary School polling place near N. Kedzie Blvd. and W. Fullerton Ave. were largely inoperable when the station opened at 6 A.M. through at least 8:30 A.M. In addition, some voters said they were not initially given the second page of the two-page ballot.

Multiple voters called election hotlines.
