Ethics, clean energy, the state budget- Illinois lawmakers went into overtime wrapping up a spring session that had a logjam of legislation.

New ethics laws, an elected school board for Chicago, and a bill allowing college sports betting. The pandemic brought on a backlog of bills in Springfield.
