Chicago has no shortage of film festivals. Seriously you could spend practically every weekend checking out the best in international film or new movies for children or even films about bikes! A relative newcomer to the film fest scene is the Eyeworks Festival of Experimental Animation. The fest is four programs over two days - you can watch old and new, classic or rare animated shorts. For a preview take a look at Piano, which screens Sunday. It is just one of the pieces of eye and ear candy I’ve picked out for you this weekend!
