President Barack Obama is taking criticism from allies and foes alike over his strategy concerning ISIS. Critics want him to be more forthcoming on a military strategy to deal with the Islamist militant group that claimed responsibility for the terrorist attacks in Paris. President Obama also has supporters who prefer his caution to the reaction of his predecessor, George W. Bush, after the 9/11 attacks. We’ll talk about the developing western strategy against ISIS with Rashid Khalidi , professor of Arab studies at Columbia University.
